Lotus has launched Lotus Biscoff Smooth Caramelised Spread for foodservice in a new 1.6kg jar.
Frances Booth, category marketing manager at Lotus, said: "The demand for unique and delicious flavours has become ever more important for customers and chefs alike.
"By introducing a large Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Spread into the mix, chefs can have more on hand, whilst outlets can differentiate themselves from the competition and offer customers an exciting taste to liven up their usual desserts or bakery offerings."
