Competition
What types of coffee?
Although Nestlé Professional is offering competition winners three types of the most popular coffees, there are more than 28 styles drank regularly across the UK.
Some of those include:
- Americano: A long black coffee made using up to two shots of espresso and hot water
- Babycino: A cappuccino-style drink made typically for children, which consists of warm milk in a small cup, topped with milk foam and chocolate powder. No espresso is used in a babycino.
- Latte: Freshly steamed and non-foamed milk tops a shot of espresso, which is served in a tall glass
- Mocha: Chocolate syrup and a shot of espresso, topped with steamed milk and a layer of foam. The drink is then topped with chocolate sprinkles.
- Cappuccino: This traditional morning coffee is made using steamed or foamed milk that’s poured over a shot of espresso and is usually finished with a sprinkle of chocolate powder.
- Flat white: Steamed milk is poured through and under one shot of espresso.
- Irish coffee: Coffee mixed with a dash of Irish whiskey and served with cream on top
