Red wine jus
Essential Cuisine has launched a new red wine jus range, which is a premium stock-base inspired by bold French flavours.
The jus is made from a blend of aromatic beef stock and Bordeaux-style wine. It is claimed to offer chefs the meat taste, viscous feel and mirror-like sheen of a kitchen-made jus, while taking less time to prepare.
Essential Cuisine’s managing director Nigel Crane said: “The flavour profile of our new jus is rich, versatile and incredibly authentic, creating a formidable four-strong Premier range (joining chicken, lamb and veal).”
