The Snipe, Greater Manchester
The bar area has been rebuilt with an oak bar top and black and grey tiles. An arched copper back bar displays an extensive range of spirits from around the world. Four new hand pulls have also been installed serving a rotating range of Robinsons cask beers including Unicorn; the pub’s most popular ale.
Sarah Harwood, licensee of The Snipe said: “The brand new look has given the pub a new lease of life. It’s really ignited interest with our locals and our regulars who are over the moon with the new look.”
The Snipe has a food menu dedicated to honest pub food such as lasagna and traditional beer battered fish chips.
James Fox added: “The support we’ve had has been incredible. Myself, Sarah and the entire team want to thank everyone from Robinsons including cellar services who have worked tirelessly to make sure we can keep the beer flowing, the retail team who have helped us choose our food, spirits and wine menus, the property team for coming up with a wonderful design and everyone who has helped along the way.”
